The Hardy Doric Team
Rob is the 2nd son of Gerry and Sheila Hardy. The burial vault business is in his blood. Rob became a full time employee at Hardy Doric in 1981, after graduating from Nashoba Technical High School. Serving under his father, Rob learned all there is to know about the burial vault business and then making it his own. He is well respected within the cemetery community and represents a shining example of how a third generation family run business can succeed. Rob has been married to Lori since 1983, they have 3 daughters, Christine, Rachel, and Meredith. They are the grandparents of Logan, Kylie, Dylan, and Brandon.
Jeff is the 3rd and youngest of the Hardy boys. Jeff joined Hardy Doric when he graduated from Daniel Webster College in 1986, he was 22. A third generation vault man like his brother, Rob. Seeking to broaden Hardy Doric’s services, Jeff became the area representative for Trigard Bronze. After seeing a shift from traditional burials to cremations, Jeff sought to bring Hardy Doric to the forefront of the Columbaria industry. He is the northeast representative for KMI (a leader in the Columbaria industry). Jeff is the father of one daughter, Sarah, a granddaughter, Makenna, and a grandson, Jameson.
Joe has been with Hardy Doric since June of 2002. Starting as a laborer in production, he moved swiftly to become a dedicated driver and since 2015, Joe has been filling the role of foreman.
Phil came to Hardy Doric in February 2013. He works both in the plant and serves as a driver delivering burial vaults to area cemeteries.
